PlayDouble is a relative new player in the prospering online backgammon scene. We decided to test PlayDouble after hearing some good reviews about it from our users. (they have only tried it in Fun mode. When logging in, we immediately liked the software and layout of the lobby. What struck me at first was the lack of players, but as this site is quite new we are expected hoard of inexperienced and soft players to be joining in the near future. They offer nice promotions, a good software and easy to use layout. I have no doubt that PlayDouble will be a successful online backgammon server.

Software 8/10
The PlayDouble software is in browser, therefore not requiring any download. This is a great feature for anyone that plays from more than one computer or for any player reluctant to download software. the lobby is very easy on the eye and navigation is not a problem at all.

Support & Security 8/10
PlayDouble support is offered via US phone numbers and email. We haven’t had a chance to test the response time but will be sure to do it when we do a follow up review of PlayDouble backgammon.

Tournaments 7/10
PlayDouble offers a nice assortment of sit and go tournaments. They are in many of them in different buy ins and lengths. Unfortunately the amount of scheduled tournaments is extremley low at this time. We will re visit this section in the near future as we believe that with the increase of players this room is expected to have will come an increase of tournament action.
